Accuracy for systolic is +10 , while diastolic is accurate. Very easy to use. Bluetooth feature helps in keeping your data on phone. Multiple users possible but need to download the app on each of the phones. A bit pricy compared to previous models. Completely satisfied with the product. The product life about 5 years. Cost of repair is almost 80%, so better to buy new after that.

Extremely reliable. I am a doctor and had preoccupied mind for mercury bp instrument. Also using omron apparatus since long. It was reasonably accurate but was not having precision. But this product is awesome. Difference in multiple readings is of a point or two. Also BP diary for regular monitoring of bp and medicine. Made in Japan . Blindly go for it . You will love it . And yes I always carry it in my bag. A real gadget of emergency situation. For you and for others.

Poor performances, in accurate reading futher consulted with medical practitioner, after he compare with manual and other digital monitors, it confirmed that this equipment is not accurate and not performing its purpose

I have tried and tested other BP monitors, and found inconsistent results, thought of giving up on electronic blood pressure monitors. I came across the reviews of the Omron HEM7600T, I purchased it immediately and now I can say that it is one of my few satisfying purchases. The machine is efficient, claiming to have “Intellisense” technology. It has no tubes, nothing to connect to. Cuff is adequately sized, which enables to measure the blood pressure of all sized people. It senses the pulse accurately and is so sensitive, it is able to pick up ambience noise and report an error. It’s compact and convenient, easy to carry around. I compared the readings with other mercury containing instruments and found it to be closest in accuracy. I liked everything about this instrument, except two not so good features: Omron seriously misses a carrying case, and it’s price, which is a bit steeper. However, a nice case at this price could have compensated the heartburn caused by burnt wallet.

I am BP patient and has to monitor BP daily. The BP machine I was using was giving readings with 10-15 points variations. So was never sure of actual readings. Recently I met A very senior globally renowned Dr who is also Head of Department of a leading hospital chain in India. I saw him using this M/c. This gave me a confidence and I decided to buy 1 for me. I bought it the same day from Amazon. The product was delivered perfectly in couple of days. Since then I am using it daily. I hv compared its readings with manual m/cs. It is accurate and has just 2-3 point variation. The product is easy to use with irregular heartbeats indicator, intelligent cuff which alerts if incorrectly wrapped. So all 5 star to this product of OMRON. OMRON app which gets all readings transferred to my phone automatically. I am able to view complete logbook and all charts & graphs any time. OMRON also incentivise on taking readings regularly in terms of points which can be encashed for OMRON products or e-commerce vouchers. I am planning to buy one body composition m/c with these. Wud recommend every one to go for it.

I bought this because it's compact and being all in one makes me far more likely I'll use it. No set up, just put it on and press go. Integrates well with the app and is not too hard to get full data out of. Fit is also very forgiving and accuracy is good when compared to other Omron units

The batteries were missing these were supposed to be in the pack, the product appears to work, for this price a USB power charge would be good instead of batteries.

The blood pressure meter arrived on time and in good condition. I had a meter that would be about 20 years old and I felt that it was probably inaccurate. The new Omron meter is a compact, all-in-one piece of equipment that fits snugly on the upper arm without having to try to wrap it around. There is no tube connecting to a pump and readout. Easy easy to use and there is no noisy pump to scare you as it keeps on pumping! It quietly gets up to pressure and the readout shows immediately. If desired the results can by fed by Bluetooth to a mobile phone on a dedicated app which stores the results and provides a detailed average and information re heart rate, heart stability and other information. Taking my blood pressure is no longer traumatic!

Wrong readings. 10units difference. Not worth this price. I have used this product for over a week. My doctors measurements are 10units more than this.
