Review: Best Bhut Jolokia sauce. - I had used SPRIG Bhut Jolokia sauce earlier also and I had liked it. But then , I happened to see many Indian Sellers on desertcart selling Bhut Jolokia sauce. Since Bhut Jolokia is basically an Indian pepper , I thought why not try a sauce made by some local manufacturers . So , I purchased another Indian Brand of Bhut Jolokia sauce. But that experiment fizzled out . I did not relish the product. So , I am back to SPRIG Bhut Jolokia sauce. This time , I have made an innovation also. I have mixed a little quantity of TABASCO Brand pepper sauce into the SPRIG sauce. Being almost water like , TABASCO sauce makes SPRIG sauce a little fluid. It thus reduces the drop size and helps me in controlling the quantity used. For this very strong SPRIG sauce , this little innovation is quite useful.

A: Because you cannot consume more than couple of drops normally for a single person serving and maybe such tiny quantity doesn't require that detail

Got delivered few hours ago, this is my honest review after the taste test (i can take heat pretty good, usually eat 1-2 ghost chillies with meals, so spicy eaters can trust me with the review), dont expect this oil to be equivalent of the real peppers, i tried it with some roasted chicken and i was expecting a punch to the face (chicken pieces were bite sized and amount of oil used was 1 tea-spoon), but it has more like an after taste flavour when you start to feel some tingling, the oil itself is very good and has a bit of smoky flavour which i absolutely liked but the heat level is for beginners or for the people who recently started eating spicy, my fiance who cant take much heat was crying for ice-cream after she tasted it, although she had only couple of drops on her chicken. Overall, for the money i paid for the oil is justified, will definitely buy it again. Edit. Almost at last 30% of the sauce and this thing turned out to be hot, it turned from "ok-ok" to "decent", which means the main juice which we are paying for is at the bottom, if only the bottle has bigger so that we can shake it well before use.
