Wow what can I say, the chair delivered in 2 boxes and actually delivered early which I was surprised about. It was easily put together with each part slotting into each other. I have back and hip issues and wow the heat and massage has really helped ease the pain I’m in. I absolutely love the rocker I’m using it all the time. The colour is exactly what it said cream although the box said grey so did start to panic but on opening it up it is cream. The recliner is great but as it’s a push down leg rest I sometimes find it hard to get it to click in place, although when I’ve struggled I can still rise from chair and then push it down manually. My only issue is delivery man couldn’t bring the boxes into the room it’s gone in and he left it in the doorway to outside so I had to struggle to be able to push it out the way so I could close the door. Other than that the chair itself and quick delivery was excellent and well worth the money

I love it! I bought this for myself because I need a hip replacement and am getting very uncomfortable. This is great. So comfortable and the heat function is a game changer!!Would be five stars if it was an electric recliner. You do need a good bit of strength to operate the recline function so this wouldn't really be suitable for an elderly parent. I'm not sure I'd be able to use it for a while after surgery but, for now, this suits me perfectly.

Delivery was amazing! Ordered on Monday and delivered Friday! From china too. Got both boxes in one delivery. Very well packaged. So easy to put together. As others have said, the footrest does want to lower itself after a min or two but i think it just needs lifting a little more for it to stay up. Vibration is mental. So many modes. Rocking is nice and smooth. The material is lovely and soft. My cats has claimed it as hers. I have used a blanket on mine to protect it from her fir and claws haha

Flimsy. Arm broke within the first day of being up, now won't unfold and stay open. Avoid.

Super fauteuil ! Livraison rapide et bien emballé, rien à dire. Je l’utilise presque tous les jours depuis que je l’ai reçu. Il est vraiment confortable, on peut s’y installer pendant des heures. Le massage est doux mais ça détend bien le dos après une journée de travail.Le cuir est agréable et l’inclinaison se fait facilement. J’aime beaucoup le porte-gobelet, très pratique pour regarder un film tranquille avec une boisson.Franchement, pour le prix, c’est une très bonne surprise. Je suis vraiment content de mon achat. Je recommande 👍

An OK chair, easy enoughbto build but also very impractical.The chair rocks massively and this makes it difficult and awkward to get up from, especially if you are not very mobile, and this can not be stopped.The chair also spins and this catches the cables and pulls on the plug which can be dangerous if children are messing about on the chair.Delivery for the 2 packages is a joke, they arrived over a week apart so yoh are left with a large heavy box sitting about until the next one finally arrives.Wish I had done a bit more research about this product, would not have bought it of O had known what it was like especially the constant rocking.

Wir haben einen neuen Sessel für unser Wohnzimmer gebraucht. Einer von uns wollte einen Schaukelsessel, der andere einen Massagesessel. In diesem Sessel ist beides vereint, also haben uns für ihn entschieden.Der Sessel kam in zwei Kartons an, der Zusammenbau war recht einfach, das haben wir innerhalb von einer viertel Stunde geschafft. Er scheint sehr robust zu sein und das Material fühlt sich sehr schön auf der Haut an. Er ist ziemlich weich und man sitzt wirklich sehr bequem darin und kann dabei leicht schaukeln. Wenn man die Beine langziehen möchte, geht das auch sehr gut, und auch so sitzt man sehr bequem.Die Massagefunktion ist eigentlich eher eine Vibrationsfunktion, also nicht zu vergleichen mit sehr teuren Massagesesseln, aber das erwartet man auch nicht bei diesem Preissegment. Die Vibration das fühlt sich auch sehr angenehm an und trägt auf jeden Fall zur Entspannung bei. Die Vibrationsstufe kann man frei einstellen, außerdem gibt es verschiedene Modi für die Vibration, man kann sie also an unterschiedlichen Stellen und mit unterschiedlicher Intensität einstellen.Was für mich besonders wichtig ist, ist die Wärmefunktion. Gerade für die kühlen Herbst- und Wintertage ist es schön, wenn man sich in einen warmen Sessel hinsetzen kann und nicht nur durch eine Decke gewärmt wird, sondern auch vom Sessel selbst.Alles in allem ist das ein sehr schöner Schaukelsessel, der als einen kleinen Bonus noch diese Vibrationsmassage beinhaltet. Von mir ein klares Daumen hoch!

ONE THING TOBE CAREFUL OF, this is NOT A RISER. IT IS ONLY A RECLINER. IF YOU NEED A RISER THIS CHAIR IS PRACTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET OUT OF. Very comfortable with easy assembly once you get your head round it. Seems sturdy and nice design.
