Use of item is good.But the product I got not worked within the warranty period.It purchased on 18 nov 2025 but worked only until 12 may 2026.Also I couldn't raise my warranty which has 1 year of warranty duration

It's helped me a lot in managing my weight and body parameters. I would have been happier if there was literature which teaches us as to how this machine actually measures the parameters. The theory behind it is vague and unsatisfactory. A dedicated app which can give meaningful reports and bluetooth connectivity would have been awesome. The app should be able to record a huge number of patients and their body parameters.

Firstly, the model I received today has NO JAPANESE WRITINGS. The box has English description, manual is in English and Chinese. Indicators are all in ENGLISH...........(machine only displays in kilograms and centimeters for height though) Which is rather disappointing for me as I'd rather be reading Japanese and I thought that what I was getting. (everything in Japanese language) I think it is not correct to advertise it as Japan Import as it is made in China and the only Japanese thing is the company, OMRON, which headquarter is in Japan. I have not used the machine yet, so far looks great. Why some customers are complaining that they can't use the product is a mystery to me, it is very simple, in ENGLISH language.
