I loved it. I bought it to prepare food for ...
I loved it. I bought it to prepare food for my baby separately... And it fulfilled the purpose..!! Can you imagine me cooking food in scoops (yes.. The same scoop that we use to measure the formula..!!) 1 scoop of rice and 1 scoop or dhal or any veggie or an apple...!! Loved it.. Nice buy... 4 start because the water oozes out when the pressure starts building up and it misses the entire stove, cooker and the kitchen counter.. I know it happens with pressure cookers.. But even though I altered the water quantity or simmered the flame nothing works... Can't give a try to change the gasket at such an early stage..!

Does NOT work on Induction!
My pressure cooker was aiso defective. It does not work on an induction unit and I had two to try it on. It does NOT work as describe. The retailer would not back his product. He wanted me to pay to return it. It would have cost me about $8 (s&h) to find out he had falsely advertised it and another $8 to get a partial refund. That is $16+ to evaluate the unit when he should have done that already! It is a cute and small pressure cooker and may work on.other heat sources, but NOT on induction. I would like to add that Amazon went to bat for me and helped me out by offsetting the retailers excessive shipping charges. I kept the unit, but may never use it.
