The only differences: it was pink and I paid just under $23. I had previously bought a more expensive model with a wider shape similar to the Foreo and I did not care for it. I found the shape cumbersome and although it had a pointy end, I fell it could not do an efficient job in tight spaces like around the nose. By contrast I love my Isix , it is easy to manipulate and comfortable to use. I was so happy that I wanted to give it a 5 star review, but found out that Amazon would not accept my review and discontinued it. It showed 100% 5 stars. I do not know what happened. It also had a weird smell when I first opened the package.
