Great fountain, easy to clean, stays clean
Best fountain I've owned! I've owned a bunch of fountains over the years and did not like majority of them. This one is by far the best. It's super easy to clean and maintain. Everything intuitively comes apart to make cleaning much easier, which is appreciated. The wireless function makes it easy to pick up and move into the sink for cleaning. All the other fountains I've had get super gross pretty quickly, this one operates pretty clean at all times. Operates very quietly. So far durable and reliable after 6 months of ownership.

Excelente opción para mantener a tus gatos hidratados
Me gustó bastante, muy silenciosa y fácil de limpiar. Muy cómodo el cambio de agua al poder desconectarse de la base de carga. Creo que compraré otra.

No submerged cords!
I LOVE this water fountain! It's almost completely silent, has a sponge filter and activated charcoal filter, the stainless steel dish is sanitary and easy to clean. Most of all, I bought this because of the induction charging feature meaning no cords running through water, no pulling the pump out while it's not in the sink yet. Just pink up the whole tank from the base, it stops running, and you can clean and refill it at the sink. So convenient, safe, and sanitary. I loved how cute my old porcelain one was, but not having to deal with submerged cords and scrubbing little nooks and crannies is worth it. And this one is very neutral and sleek, goes great with their automatic feeder as well.

Toss your water bowls/old water fountains
TLDR: Quiet. Easy to clean and maintain. Simple functionality, sleek design, and lasts. Replacement filters or parts? Easy to find and inexpensive. And most importantly, cat approved! (3 cat home, all females and of course they all have different preferences on everything *insert eye roll.*) I originally bought a newer (?) or “fancier” model of this, the cordless because I thought that may come in handy but never really ended up using that. So, when my dog passed and I could downsize the shared water fountain on the main level to a smaller size, I wanted to get another one of these. This version is less expensive, and built almost exactly the same except you can’t go cordless. I really wanted the quick-view of seeing the water level. So actually, it was 2 pros and no cons for me. When I got this, I was pleased that it was interchangeable on my cordless version, and all the extra filters I currently have stocked work for both versions. I just ordered a third! I decided to get this version again, the corded model with “clear” base. The girls have been going through a fight-y stage so I figure it could help to have another water station. Plus it makes taking a long weekend easy, two would be fine but peace of mind for in having a third. Additional pros: +I love the actual dish being stainless steel. The cats enjoy that and it’s pretty easy to clean. We have well water and our water softener broke recently- I had to scrub some of the build up off the plastic parts (recommend scrub daddy products, or a good bristle brush), but the tray was easy with steel wool or those SOS pads. And it was easy to find and buy another filter thing (the one that sits in the bottom) cuz I just wasn’t sure how/if that couple of weeks of hard water did any damage or not. +I also have the world’s dumbest cat who thinks she needs to bury her food and water… and really that just means knock over her bowls. She hasn’t managed to knock this over even if it’s low. I think maybe she dislodged it from the charger plate once? But I keep them in a little tray next to a wall and have had no issues. +I’m sensitive to noisy electronics and while this does have a sort of hum, it’s nothing I can hear from my bedroom or living room that would drive me batty. Cons: -Yes, the top filter part is kind of hard to pull apart but after you get it the first time you know you’re not going to break it and get the feel for it after that. -And there’s probably some other design things like a little nook or cranny that sometimes bothers me when cleaning but overall, this is the only one I can get to an almost like-new status (particularly after the hard water issue). And no, I’m not great at changing and cleaning every 2 weeks, so yes, that’s important bc you’re probably not perfect either. ;) Hopefully that’s a thorough enough review! Best pet water fountain I’ve owned. Wish they made a larger version for when we had our big doggo. First one has lasted like over a year so far? And on my third just to spoil these masters I serve. (Both versions pictured but the bases are flip flopped, fyi)

Both cats enjoy it
I have had this for about 3 weeks I think. I had several different fountains before it that all had problems. I like this one so far, and so do my cats. One of my cats would not drink from the last several fountains, but I have seen her drink from this one. I don't know if it's because it is very quiet, or if she just likes the way the water flows better. I love that the cord plugs into the base and not directly into the pump. That makes it easier to pick up the fountain and carry it when I need to fill it or clean it. I don't have to unplug it, and the pump is easier to clean when there's no cord attached. Cleaning it seems pretty easy. It takes time to really tell how easy a fountain will be to clean because stuff doesn't start to grow in the little crevices immediately, but I feel like all the little places that might get dirty can be reached with the little cleaning brush. I clean it weekly with a quick rinse in between if litter gets in it, and I changed to filter after 2 weeks. The filters are less expensive than I expected. It hasn't leaked. It's easy to assemble. It holds enough water for several days with 2 cats. My previous fountains were all stainless steel, but I actually like the plastic because it's easier to see the water level than it is through the little window my last one had.
