I love this necklace set. Nobody is going to mistake it for fine jewelry, but it is very pretty. I replaced the rubberized earring backs (comes with metal backs too) with disk-type backs to keep the earrings from sagging, but otherwise the set is as pictured. The gold-colored metal on the set is covered with a thin veneer of purple paint or enamel, giving it a purple-ish color that compliments the purple and clear stones beautifully. The necklace is strangely long - 19 inches before the 2 inch extension (21 inches in all), but the chain links are large enough to fasten the clasp anywhere along the way. It fit me at my preferred 16 inch length just fine although the chain hung significantly down my back. The bracelet adjusts from 7.25 inches to 9 inches. The stones took on a bit of a blue tint under my LED office lights, but look purple at home or in natural light. With the purple-ish metal, even the blue tint worked well.

Sadly wore this and it turned my neck and wrist blue. Not happy with the quality at all
