Incorrect size
Size 2 does not fit a size 2 shoe. Would possibly fit a 2.5, but definitely not a 2.

Very stiff insole
These insoles are very firm, not bendable, which was what we wanted. Trying to correct tippy toe walking. It does help, along with good shoes. Still have to remind her to walk on her heels.
