## Description

Kigelia africana is widespread across Africa and found in wet savannah and riverine areas. The tree grows to 20 metres or more and is semi-deciduous with smooth grey-brown bark and velvety maroon flowers. The unusual grey, sausage-shaped fruit that give the tree its common name (the sausage tree) hang from rope-like stalks. They can reach over a metre in length and weigh as much as 10kg. My order was received quickly, in good order and exactly as described. So far i am really liking this product. I have tried Kigelia from another source and it too was a good product but I like this tincture so far the best. My skin does not heal very quickly and although I am trying to fix the underlying problem I am hoping that this product will help to heal some skin issues before the summer. So far it seems to be helping. Kigelia has a distinct smell (my daughter says it smells like lettuce) and you can tell there is lots of it in this product. The smell doesn't linger and it isn't really strong so it's okay with me. I am happy with my purchase.
