If you want to game and work from home in absolute comfort from your sofa, you need this! The side cusions, are plush and firm. Perfect for elbow-rests or even leaning into. The attached pockets are a bonus too for small items such as pens, charge cables (and even a beverage!). These do-not attach to the desk and don't need to. You can place them however you are comfortable when using the desk. The tray itself is lightweight and very sturdy! It rests on the side-cushions with no unwanted wobbling or travel. Your desk stays flat how you need it to be with plenty of room provided to move and turn your torso when sitting behind it. Peripherals grip the surface well, including the provided mousepad. The cable storage compartments are very neat and perfect for keeping your desk-area tidy. I use mine with wireless peripherals, and it is perfect for keeping them charged up fully. The top USB ports are also great for charging a mobile phone, or even attaching a light. Mine was delayed arriving due-to customs. However I was in constant contact with a VERY helpful rep who was able to get everything sorted for me and went above and beyond. Overalll I cannot reccomend this product enough! If you haven't already, get one!

I've just received my nerdytec couchmaster cycon and am really pleased with it. I have my PC set up in the living room on a 49inch 4k display and often work from home so I do a lot of typing and editing of documents. I previously had my keyboard and mouse attached to a laptop stand, which was ok but is a bit unsturdy and wires went everywhere. Changing over to the couchmaster is so much more comfortable. All wires are hidden inside, and they provide velcro strips to attach your keyboard to the board, which are actually quite strong so my keyboard doesnt move around at all. The mousepad that is provided is really nice too, and doesnt slip around on the board so I've not needed to velcro that down yet. I went for the microfibre cushions which are an extra £10 and they are very soft to touch and nice to lean on. Using the couchmaster appears to put me in a much better position posture wise, encouraging me not to slouch as the armrests provide really nice support. It is quite an expensive item, but I will be using it extensively so hopefully I will get my money's worth in the long term, and its better than a lapboard that would be resting on your legs and wobbling around when you move, so its the most luxurious option that's out there at present. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase!

For what it is, nothing compares. I got this to allow me to work from home and play keyboard/mouse games on the big wall-mounted TV from the comfort of my bed. The second half of this review details the issues I had, though they woudn't stop me from buying it again and I don't think they should stop you. Awkward room layout meant there was no space to fit a desk chair so I had to sit on the foot of the bed to use a proper keyboard and mouse. This was so awkward/uncomfortable that I just never used the KBM and resorted to using a Rii mini bluetooth keyboard/trackpad (also a great product) for basic web browsing, watching shows/movies and listening to music and limited myself to only playing controller-based games, eventually deciding this was not acceptable. After spending a couple of hours searching products online and contemplating building my own I settled on this, although I was a little put off by the cost - if you think very basically it's just 2 cushions, a USB hub and a block of plastic. I decided to go ahead however and have no regrets. It's the perfect size, great build quality, well designed, comfortable and feels like it will last forever. The included mouse mat is a reasonable size, good quality (e.g. the edge stitching, smooth surface materia) and the preinstalled 3m sticky tape so you can stick it to the desk is a nice touch, though it covers the "R" on the engraved COUCHMASTER logo on the top surface of the desk - this doesn't really matter, it just seems a bit odd and if I was designing this product, I would have made the logo a tiny bit narrower to completely avoid this "problem". There are 2 removable panels on the base of the desk hiding cable management areas and multiple USB ports hidden out of sight. Each panel is held on with a magnet in each corner and a central screw to keep each panel stuck on tightly. Unfortunately, all 16 of my magnets were not attached to either the panel or the base of the board, they're just sitting loose in the gaps and I can't see any glue residue to indicate that they were ever attached. This means the panels are only held on by 1 screw in the midde so they flap around a bit and the cables fall out. It's nothing I can't fix myself with a bit of superglue or a hot glue gun but it's a bit disappointing that this got through quality control considering the premium pricing of this product. My other issue is that it took 2 working weeks to arrive from Germany. I fully understand that covid and brexit have introduced a lot of difficulties and delays for many industries but this seems excessive, especially considering the £18 shipping cost on what I think is already a high-priced (possibly over-priced) premium product. Regardless of these minor issues, it's a fantastic product and a game changer. I could easily call this the best "lap desk" [suitable for a full-sized keyboard and mouse] that money could buy, you just need the money to buy it...

Schnelle, Amazon-typische Lieferung. Die Verpackung ist auch recht sparsam, die Polster kommen vakuumverpackt und müssen sich einige Stunden (ca. 24h) entfalten. Die Falten in den Polstern verschwinden mit der Zeit fast vollständig. Das Board an sich ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet, die Kissen auch. Der Support ist auch Klasse 👍 Augenscheinlich hatte ich ein Montagsmodell, bei dem die Hälfte der Ports nicht funktionierten. Da ich das Teil aber nicht hergeben wollte (da es ja doch recht bequem ist 😋), bat ich den Verkäufer, mir eine Ersatzplatine zuzusenden. Das hat sehr gut funktioniert und wurde auch zügig abgewickelt. Das Kabelmanagement unter dem Board ist gut umgesetzt. Die großen Deckel auf der Unterseite könnte aber auch mit zwei Schrauben befestigt werden. Bei wenigen / weichen Kabeln ist das kein Problem. Bei längeren / steiferen Leitungen könnte sich aber die Abdeckung an den Ränder abheben. Dem kann man aber auch mit Kabelbindern (oder Klettbändern) Abhilfe schaffen. Ich glaube, da waren sogar welche bei. Alles in allem eine sehr praktische Sache, auch mit den Taschen an einem der Polster 😊 Eine Art Mobiltelefon- / Tablethalter bei allen Modellen wäre schön. Da das Board aber recht robust ist, kann man sich da auch was basteln 😊

I use my TV set as monitor and needed something to use when surfing and couch slouch gaming, and lo and behold - Cycon2. Perfect for my needs. I can fit my G13, a 65% keyboard and a mouse without the "desk" getting crowded. I can definitively recommend it! Also a Huge plus for superior Customer support! I needed a replacement cushion for my Cycon2 and was helped by Laura, a lightning fast and effective support crew. Within three days I received my cushions. Top-notch!
