Is this good for fountain pens or no?

Clogged up my fountain pen and was horrible to get it out. Works great for dip pens

What is the purpose of the dropper?

I personally use the dropper to load my dip pen. I find it helps me to more evenly load it and get a smoother finish when writing.

can i use this on a leaf? what is the drying time?

I actually did exactly that for my fall feast table settings! Some leaves I did in a light coat of gold acrylic craft paint (which turned out incredibly) and some I used this ink to highlight the veins in gold. Dry time was minutes and the end result received many compliments!

Would I be able to use this on ceramic dishware? Would it hold up going through a dishwasher?

This is an ink so it wouldnt stay on well most likely (rubbing off, dripping on the sides or smearing). The ink would probably rub off easily as well, its basically metallic pigment in a water-based (im guessing) solvent- Nothing would help the pigment stick. I would suggest a gold enamel paint for dishware, thats made for staying on that kind of stuff.
