These are AMAZING! I have been struggling for almost 2 years with my restless legs due to fibromyalgia and these relieved it on the first dose! This is a great remedy for restless legs. It works within a couple of minutes. Just pop them in your mouth and they melt immediately. Easiest way to soothe that horrible buggy feeling in your legs fast. I'm so glad I found this. No more jumping out of bed in the middle of the night because I feel like I have spiders in my veins. Now I take a couple, let them melt, then fall asleep fast.

I noticed a considerable difference in resolving restless legs at night. I do actually recommend this product to other people with RLS syndrome. It’s something that is really common and for me it’s kept me up all night long and I didn’t even realize that I was experiencing this. I look for holistic products. I’m not willing to get on medication so somebody suggested this on Reddit and it was cheap so I bought it and I was really really impressed. I have been spreading the word about this. So my body twitches and my legs are a lot more soothed at night and You can sleep comfortably. I’m pretty sure it’s all natural. All of these are like herbal ingredients and it gives pretty good results. High-quality natural I take about three of the tablets at a time sometimes two it depends. And they dissolve under your tongue. They don’t taste bad. They actually taste kind of pleasant. And they’re really easy to use.

Ugh - if you have restless legs, you know how bad they can be, how depressing it can be to fall asleep only to wake up with your legs feeling like fire is flowing through your leg veins or that squirming feeling like bugs are in your legs. There's just no way to stay in bed and "work through it." I've taken epsom salt baths at 4 am to try to calm down my legs, tried all sorts of creams, yoga poses and different products. These little quick-melt tabs are super easy to use, and do calm my legs. Note: they take a while to work (for me, at least an hour), and I've found, through trial and error, that taking more than 6 over a 12 hour period (2-3 every 4 hours as needed is dosage on box) seems to make me feel sick the next morning. I've been using them for maybe 8 months now, and they still help consistently. Given their low price, compared to other things, makes trying them a no-brainer!

It says on the box, "Not for use for treating restless legs." But it's the only thing that's ever done anything to help that for me and I've had it since childhood. I've never had any issue with it, it tastes slightly of peppermint, and the relief that it continues to give me is something that words cannot describe my appreciation of.

This was a life saver for me in the 3rd trimester with my 4th. I have always gotten RLS in the 3rd T, but I had it so badly this time. I tried magnesium supplements that worked in the past but they weren’t working this time. I was so desperate to find sleep. I took 3 under my tongue every night and applied Young Living’s Sleepize blend to the bottom of my feet and I slept great! So grateful for this product! Now that I have had my baby, RLS is gone and I no longer need to purchase this product.

It works for about 3-4 hours then I have to take it again... forever...

I was impressed with this product. It does seem to help with restless legs. It has a nice taste and dissolves under the tongue. My only complaint is that it seems to take a long time to work. If you are patient (maybe 1 hour) later, you will get some relief.

I cannot tell yet if it works on not. I think it made me go to sleep and reduce pain, but it may only be my wishful self-fulfilling expectation. I am highly surprised on myself that I just swallow blindly a tablet from Amazon. Very fed up with my restless leg pain that tortures me for 4 years.

If I could give this a zero star I would because the tablets never works really it’s not what they are saying totally waste of money to buy them.
