Took 2 hours to put together completely. 100% worth the time though. It’s better than I imagined it would be. I love hammocks so this is the perfect thing to just relax in. Beautiful vibrant yellow color, comfortable cushion. Just wish the back legs had locking wheels for wheeling it around easily. I live in a Windy City so it would be nice to be able to move it around to put away during the windier days. Other than that, no complaints.

I really wanted to give this chair a higher rating because there is so much to love about it. Delivery was smooth, all parts were included, and the instructions were easy to follow. Assembly was straightforward, and the chair looks fantastic in my space. Most importantly, it's very comfortable and works exactly as I hoped it would. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is the umbrella. After only three days outside with some fairly light wind, one of the umbrella support rods pulled loose. I was able to fix it by removing a screw and reinstalling the rod, but the same thing happened again just two days later. The chair itself has held up great, but the umbrella design seems to be a weak point. I would actually prefer to remove the umbrella altogether, but doing so would require taking the entire chair apart, which isn't practical. Overall, I love the chair and would still recommend it for comfort and appearance. Just don't expect the umbrella to hold up well over time. If I purchased another one, I would leave the umbrella off from the start.

Okay so mixed review! I got the item with some dents, scrapes and the umbrella canopy thing forget it, it is cheap and has broken three times ! I got this three weeks ago. The box was opened, items previously either used or unwrapped, lots of scratches and one area looked like manufacturer missed , my concern will Be rust and flaking! The item, put together was not hard at all, it will swing when you get in, it’s really nice so far and am enjoying it after making adjustments. Was able to get $75 refund due to damaged item instead of returning, I can live with it! The brand is good quality typically never had issues with, cushion is comfy and color I love! My Rattie loves it too, but it swings on and off and he seems to be okay once in, as for those with mobility issues: Well I have had a whole right side crush injury including serious nerve damage to to my right leg, guess what, I can get in and out of this and I am only 5’4”! So if you want an item that is comfortable , durable, swings some to comfort you, get it! It’s big and I also put this together by myself using creative skills, slide the seat part on top of the box, under the top and then just clamp it, it was simple! I can see no issue with taking this apart for winter storage where as I live in Maine! The good news we have space to put it!

I don’t have any of the complaints like others about rust or instructions, I like it very much but the angle of your upper body and head and shoulders feels of, it goes to steep at first , then not enough. I use a full pillow for my shoulders and head. You can easily take the cushion off if it’s gong to rain. I just tie the top and bottom ties

After reading comments before making those purchase I was a little nervous about how difficult it would be. Here are a couple things to make it much easier. When they say the instructions are vague, I believe they’re talking about the two long support bars that hang from the eyebolt making up the swing. There is a left and there is a right but the directions don’t tell you which is which. If you try to bolt them together on the wrong side, the holes will not lineup. On one side of each bar around the bolt holes, there’s an indentation. I thought this was a flat area for the nut to tighten up against the bar. But I was wrong, the flat areas go towards each other. These indentations face each other making a gap that provides space for the hanging hardware to be sandwiched between the two poles. When it comes to hanging the swing, comments were made that you needed two people because you have to hold the swing at a 90° angle to get it onto the hook. To fix this problem, I simply hung the swing before it was complete. After I had the two long bars bolted together and the very small support bar across the back, it only weighs about 20 pounds, and can easily be lifted and hung on the hook. Then, while it’s hanging, you simply add the two extension bars and the footing peace to complete the swing. (Picture with the red indicating the pieces I put on after hanging the swing). You could even wait and put the armrest on after it’s hanging as well. Also, talking about the armrests, I overtightened the first bolt and bent the metal. (Pictured) These armrest are not as thick as the other bars. I should have known that, so be careful when tightening those bolts, don’t overdo it. With a ratchet, taking your time, it only takes about 30 to 45 minutes to put together. I’m not counting weaving the rope for the seat as part of the construction. I am going to coat it with some rust preventive paint because of other’s comments. Surface rust. You can also tell from the pictures that it would be pretty easy to add a little hardware to lower the swing if needed. This one is pretty heavy and seems to be well-built. I would have given it five stars if I didn’t have to repaint it, however, I am satisfied with this swing and don’t regret buying this one over the others I researched.
