Forza10 Active Intestinal Dry Dog Food for Adult Dogs - 6 LB - Fish Flavor

I have a dog with IBD. It’s an incurable condition which needs to be controlled by finding the right diet by ruling out which ingredients cause digestive issues in dogs. After much trial and error with commercial and home cooked food, I came across the Forza10 brand imported from Italy. They are little known in this country since the formula was developed In Italy by a gastroenterologist and nutritionist. I am so happy Amazon carries this product. I didn’t trust commercial U.S brands including the Rx brands my vet offered due to the high number of recalls in this country with dog food. After significant research, I trust Forza10. I called my aunt in Italy who confirmed it is a premium food for dogs and added that Italy bans the use of GMOs for humans and animals. Key is to find a single protein diet that your dog can tolerate that will not cause vomiting and diarrhea. The protein source in all their formulas is wild caught arctic fresh anchovy! This intestinal formula worked from day one, my dog loves it. This is my second order. No tummy issues and perfect poop. Those who have dogs with digestive issues know it’s all about the poop!

I am so scared to write my glowing review, as I do not want to jinx the amazing results. My dog suffers from attacks of HGE. I have tried countless bags of kibble, all promising to be the answer, only to be given away. I decided to try this dog food because the symptoms described fit my dog to a tee. I am still transitioning slowly, but he LOVES it. He is at least pottying once a day, it's firm, no bloating, and no curling up in a ball after eating. I must confess he is only getting 2/3 cup at a time, at this point twice a day. No, he's not starving; there's the boiled chicken and rice in between. Hoping to one day just be on Forza 10 if the fabulous results continue. If you are on the fence about whether to try this food, it is definitely worth a shot.

I bought two large bags of this after doing lots of research and Neither one of my dogs would touch either bag of food. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.. Do NOT BUY THIS….. I TRIED EVERYTHING. It is ROCK HARD… even tried softening it with warm water, adding wet food, even cooked angus beef. NO Way… they would not touch it. Now I am a few days past return because of an illness in the family. Btw… I ordered One bag, and was sent and charged for two. I RARELY write a review because I am generally very happy with all of Amazon… but my animals are like my kids. This was terrible .

We give this food to our 8 year old King Charles and it has been life changing. He is back to being a puppy at heart with happiness and energy. He is healthier, leaner, and all around better. Before we used to have to struggle to get him to eat well and enjoy his food, now we can’t keep him away!

Our little dog would not eat it

One of my two dogs has a very sensitive stomach. One wrong thing (anything with chicken in it) and his stool turns to blood and mucus. Both dogs refused to eat any brand of dry food for the past year until I tried this product. I’m hoping they will continue to love it so I can subscribe. It’s quite a large bag for the price. Update: They won’t eat ANY dry dog food. It’s them not the food itself.

My golden retriever has had a horribly sensitive stomach since he was a puppy, and we haven't been able to find a healthy alternative to the big brand pet foods that he can digest. Forza had surprisingly incredible results. My dog likes the food, and had no sensitivity to it. I'm so happy to have found something healthy that really works!!

My dog began experiencing intestional problems many months into eating her regular dog food. After I took her to the vet and got some alternative suggestions, I began searching and found that this food works very well for her. I mix it half and half with her previous food because it is pretty pricy. In additional I add some cooked rice and cottage cheese to her meal which helps keep her stool firmer.
