Ultra-Thin for Comfort & Maximum Pain Relief, Ideal for Dress Shoes & Boots

These inserts are light, but a little on the narrow side. They work really well in my cycling shoes, though.I have high arches, and these give me good support. I did notice a little noise when using them in my running shoes, but I’ve since changed shoes and now only use them when riding the bike.

Fit great in my Redwing Iron Rangers. I got a size 9-9.5 insole, for my 8.5 boots and they fit without any issues. Like others have said, the insoles are not soft or cushy, but when you take off your shoes at the end of the day your feet feel great. For $40 these insoles are a steal. I'm already ordering more for my other shoes.

These work in my street/dress shoes where the thicker style won't fit. Good arch/heel support/stability. Don't require me to go to thinner socks to compensate for increased insole volume.
