Footrest is not very strong

I purchased this recliner for my husband, and unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The chair is extremely small—more like a child’s chair than an adult recliner. I strongly recommend checking the measurements carefully before purchasing. It sits very low to the ground, and the seat is so narrow that many adults would have difficulty fitting comfortably in it. In addition to the size issue, the chair had mechanical problems. The heat and massage functions did not work at all. While the seller was responsive and communicated well throughout the process, the combination of the size concerns and defective features made me want to return the chair. I was then informed that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs, which was frustrating considering the issues with the product. Fortunately, Amazon stepped in and made things right by providing a full refund. Although I was responsible for getting the 95lbs package to the UPS Store. Overall, I would not recommend this chair for adults and suggest buyers pay very close attention to the dimensions before ordering.

Not for bigger guys. Kids now have a new gaming chair.

Not comfortable at all. Do not recommend if you plan on spending lots of time in the chair.
