Perfect for Classic Cookies
Mixed this bar with a dark chocolate bar of the same brand to make some classic cookies and they come out so tasty. Never going back to using regular chocolate chips and using these bars for all my cookies now!

Very Good Chocolate
Baker's is very good chocolate, but not quite as good as Ghirardelli I don't think. They're both fine options for baking, but the fact is that you can enjoy Ghirardelli straight out of the box, not so much with Baker's which is really geared to baking exclusively. But they're both fine options, I often decide on price between the 2 because I really like the flavor of both almost equally.

Great tasting
A chocolate I always go back to. Just has a chocolate flavour, no other flavors like other chocolate. This chocolate can be used for chocolate chunks in cookies or baking foods that require melted chocolate.

Great tasting and vegan!
I buy these as chocolate bars for my dairy free daughter. There's no milk in it and she has no reaction to it. It's not as bitter as the usual vegan chocolates bc it's not listed as a dark chocolate. My daughter enjoys it and I like that the bar can easily be broken into equal pieces.

Product out of date.
Chocolate looked stale on opening and was 6 weeks out of date. No time to return product so went ahead with recipe . Tasted OK but disappointed as it was not cheap to purchase and will be reluctant to buy again.
