This is my last pregnancy and I decided to take these prenatal vitamins and it was the best decision it is a complete supplement to have a healthy pregnancy since it includes DHA folic acid iron and multiple B vitamins, magnesium and biotin I am about to end my pregnancy and I have felt very good apart from the fact that the bottle lasts a long time it contains 110 capsules and they are easy to take if you are pregnant or are planning your pregnancy these are the best prenatal vitamins you can start taking.
