They were a pretty blue. They lasted the entire Christmas season and well into January when my husband took them down and packed them away for next season. They stayed lit all night. They were a nice addition to our Christmas theme. We used them on a rather large bush and one strand was a bit skimpy. I will add more this year. Mostly, I wanted to see how they would work one season before investing more money in multiple sets. I am very happy with these solar lights and will be happy to add to our sets. I think they are a good value for the money. They were bright. Could not be easier to set up. Next year our bush will really light up with added lights.
