I'm not sure if the 2" suction fitting is NPT or not but with the correct adapter, it can be sized to the threading that you need. Same goes for the discharge ports. Very strong pump though. Discharge is extremely strong. Make sure it will fit you needs.

Can u hook this up to gravity feed tank on a truck

I would think so. The pump is going to suck the water right out of the tank very quickly regardless of the gravity feed.
