YIANNA Long Torso Waist Trainer for Women Underbust Corsets Cincher Sport Girdle

This is my second purchase of this waist trainer with YIANNA the first one I purchased in a size medium, pre pregnancy and it fit perfectly. I am 5ft 7in and at the time I was 198. Now post pregnancy I purchased in an extra large and it fits perfectly again. I am currently 248 pounds and working to get back down to my pre pregnancy weight. This waist trainer is super comfortable to wear all day, I have worked out in it with no problems as well. The hooks are strong and easy to latch and adjust. I LOVE the fact that it covers my torso completely and comfortably, I’ve purchased others that have not covered my entire torso. I wear a shirt between my skin and the waist trainer because I will develop a rash if I don’t. I clean mine in soapy water, rinse and hang dry. I definitely recommend this waist trainer, it’s sturdy and the bones don’t pop through if you purchase the correct size. I still have the first trainer I purchased from YIANNA and it’s in perfect condition so I will be reusing it once I can fit it again. I’ve included a picture of the size medium as well.

Major waist control & slimming. No rolls, however you may get a lil back fat if your heavier and just starting out using. But nothing too bad. Once you use it for a month or so, you really start to see a difference in your figure.work out friendly, no bunching up. Stretches well. Looks nice & flattering. By two months you have a perfect hour glass shape. This is my 2nd Yianna long torso waist trainer bought & I won't trust other brands they're usually to short for my belly.

**update: I did infact by another larger size because it’s that worth it for longer torsos** Soooo, after 4 years im contemplating buying another one. Only because i’ve gained weight after getting an office job and can’t fit my original but this thing was a WORLD CHANGER. I bought this in 2022 and wore it on it and off but also had periods were I would wear it regularly for weeks at a time. I’d wear it for entire work shifts (when I worked retail) and could see a massive difference when taking it off at the end of the day. The solid one helps with sweating and helped me lose 40lbs at one point with just walking. The curves were CURVY There are 2.5 issues. -One of the bones did eventually start poking out of the bottom after a couple years but that was also after regular washing and use. -The second is that you do need to have like shape wear to put over to cover the hooks or they will show depending on how tight your outfit is. -Half being potential user error and trying to fit a bigger size body into a smaller trainer but after a few years the hooks started to either bend or the sewing loosened. But again, that’s after years of regular use. I ordered a large. In these pictures my waist/hip size was between 32-45in. Dress sizes were all large from SHEIN. 5’7 and was fluctuating between 180-200lbs in pics.

I loved it ordered a little bit smaller than my actual size by 3 in or so had to work to get it on excellent fit this is like my 6th or 7th corset that I bought this is the first one that did what I wanted it to do and look the way I wanted to look I like to stretching this of it I definitely like to look of it makes my boobs pop this is the one I've been looking for the price is not bad

My stats: 5'7", 38" underbust, 38" waist, 43" hips. I bought the large. She was a pain in the ass to get into but I did it in about ten minutes! This is the first piece of shapewear/corset/faja/waist trainer/etc I've ever worn that has been long enough to sufficiently cover my torso. An extra two inches would be perfect but I'm ecstatic that it is what it is anyway. It currently sits one inch below my bust and one inch above my hips, but I have a very long torso. I greatly appreciate that it is longer in the front than the back, avoiding any scrunching or riding issues that cause awkward shapes. The fabric is strong but flexible so it holds me in - but in a nice shape rather than the cylinder/sausage shape a lot of inexpensive shapewear tends to give. It appears to be sturdily constructed. It is very supportive, forcing me to stand up straight and really lifting my bust up (hubby says it looks like I had a boob job lol). Very comfortable while standing but because it is so tight (I sized down on purpose) it's slightly uncomfortable while sitting. As it is seasoned and obviously as I lose inches that will go away. I made the mistake of eating a meal before putting this on for the first time...don't do this! There's not much extra room inside once this thing is on so you really need to be wearing it to know what you can handle. Anyway, I enjoy this thoroughly and will recommend it for multiple reasons - the back support, the smoothing effect, etc. Go for it!

I have only been wearing this WT for an hour or so but I usually wear Luxx Curves WT they’re about $70 and they last about 1/2 months before the hooks and bones pop off thought I would try one from Amazon I was worried that I would have a hard time getting it on I bought a medium but I have been WT for a year I started out at a 3X now I’m in a medium these work best if you wear it for 8 hours I chase around a toddler and clean all day long so we will see how this one holds up I’ll review again in a few weeks but so far I like it don’t mind my mirror my toddler puts her hands all over when I pull it out to put these on I wear a large leggings Xl/xxl top if you have a Mommy pooch reach in once you’re half way buttoned up and pull your belly up and in suck in and keep buttoning up til you’re done! If your WT feels like it’s not holding you in the way you would like it to then size down I should probably be in a large XL by my measurements but I don’t go by that I want it tight to do its job! Ok I’m back about a month or two later & I love this waist trainer it has held up pretty well the bones & hooked have not popped off for me as easily as some of my older waist trainers have although I have been sick so not wearing them as often my only issue with this is the top rolls down for me so all of my extra tummy fat bunches out the top and gives me a muffin top so i have to hide it with a hoodie but other than that I love it! My husband loves the leather look of it he says I look like a dominatrix or something 🤣

Initially, I liked this waist trainer a lot. But after wearing it consistently for about a month, one of the steel bones is coming out. I wish the durability was better, but other than that I was happy with it.

I love love love this waist trainer so much. Best one I've ever worn. At first I bought a small but it was too tight for my 34" waist then I return it and got a large which fits perfect; I can fit one arm in it so you know once my waist started getting smaller I'm gonna need a small. I did not go by the size chart too much because I would end up with a XXL or so for a 34" waist which would be too big for me. I went by other reviews that said they were 34-35" waist and bought large so I took a chance with that and I was right. MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE 1. Its gives my mommy belly a nice natural curve that I haven't seen in a while. Making me feel more confident in my bodycon dresses and slim tops omg!! :) 2. It definitely corrects your posture so you cannot sit and slouch in it or else it feels like you bending over a wall and squeezing your chest so it forces you to sit upright all the time. It's the same when walking. You walk upright. 3. I wore it on day one and by the end of the day I took it off and my stomach muscle felt like its tightening back up cause I before pregnancy I use to have a natural "pull in my stomach " walk after both kids I dont have that tight muscle anymore and this seems to be bringing it back so that's a plus and I measured my stomach and it was at 33" with a little room. I'm not gonna say it did that; but normally I start off with a semi-flat stomach in the morning and at the end of the day I'm always bloated and I wasnt on that day. Will see as time goes by. THE TAD BIT OF "NOT SO NICE" PART 1. Its summer so when you go outside in it you will get that strong heat underneath it. It's a bit uncomfortable but good to sweat off the fat. 2. As I said before; you get that "dig me under my breastbone" feeling if you slouch so that's just as uncomfortable as it can get but can live with. I dont regret getting this YIANNA waistrainer. Should've gotten it as soon as I had my baby 8months ago but its never too late to snatch that waist. WILL GIVE A UPDATE LATER ON.....

I love this waist trainer. I have to admit, it’s a lot LESS comfortable then the other material waist trainers. However, this one I find SNATCHES YOU UP HONEY! It is very good for your posture. I find myself wearing it under my clothes during work and when I’m physically active! I don’t have a picture so : I decided I would give you ladies my measurements and description so you can use for reference when ordering. I am currently 5’7 215/220. I think I am E40, 38/40waist and 50in hips! I wear size 14 jeans, and XL tee shirt / Usually between XL and 1X for dresses or otherwise. The first one I ordered was 2X. I guess I didn’t realize how much weight this pandemic caused me to gain. It was way too tight, but I didn’t return it because if you dedicate yourself to this you will downsize within a month or less. I reordered a 3X and it was perfect. At this price you can’t go wrong. I recommend if you haven’t recently measured yourself or find yourself closer to my situation I would suggest you size up. It will naturally be tight. If when you put it on it’s not tight on the first hook, it’s too big. In that case, return it. It should be tight AF lol when you first put on. This will get better! It took me about 3weeks to get to a 2XL wearing for the first week 2-8hrs a day. I suggest doing research on it if you want to really see results. But, I do own 4/5 by this brand and I love the long torso designs if you happen to have a problem with LOWER BELLY fat. Good luck!

Check the length properly before purchasing. I have a long torso and had to buy another brand to get the longer length.
