It took a couple of years, taking one probiotic each day, and my stomach problems vanished. I can eat anything and feel fine. My immune system is working 100%, and i don't get flu bugs, or colds. I have tried other probiotics over the years, but nothing works as well as Natren's Healthy Trinity. I have found I need to be careful where I purchase this product, some companies don't keep it cool, and it isn't as effective. I always try to find a company that ships it on ice.
