Exactly as described! Clean, no scratches, mint condition at a fraction of the price of a new ipad. Arrived in one day and right out of the box I transferred all settings and apps from old, obsolete ipad. The new liquid screen has a clearer picture, larger size yet light weight. Do not hesitate, great value and seller!

I recommend not buying reconditioned.
I received the iPad which looked great. It transferred my data and did the recommended update. Then during set up the iPad stuck in Setup Assistant on Apple Pay screen. I was not responsive to any onscreen buttons. I did a hard restart twice only to return to the same stuck screen. I then called Apple Nationwide Customer Service. After an hour it was suggested that since I didn’t have a Mac to help, I needed to take it to an Apple Store to have it scrubbed so I can return it. Nothing they suggested worked. To be safe I called the Support number given with the listing to see if they had ideas, and to be sure they would give a refund when I sent it back. They had no ideas for repair either. (Although if Apple Customer Service didn’t I wasn’t expecting anything). They also said I needed to drive it to an Apple Store to have it scrubbed then send it back. I made my case about a one hour trip each way to the Apple Store and the Representative was kind enough to offer the refund without sending it back. To this point, I’ve not received the refund, fingers crossed. I’ll never buy reconditioned anything anymore. This was 4 hours of my time. Thanks to the kind representative.
