So many options. So many reviews, both good and bad, for every available clock movement.This one is working well after a month in use and keeps good time.

This item did not work, because the center metal post was out of alignment, causing the clock to run very slow through part of each revolution. There is no way to contact the seller, but for $7, I might as well try another one. We had a box just like this that ran for many years before finally giving out, so the trick is finding one that isn't defective.

It seems that the silent clock movements have a different hand mounting, so you do need to use the provided hands.I do like the smooth moving second hand and quite is nice, will stick with them in the future.

This was a replacement for another model that stopped working. It was easy to install. The hands were a little difficult to install (tight) so be careful or they can be bent easily.

These are not compatible with the hands of the original clock. Others I’ve used were these are not.

A clock given to my wife many years ago stopped working. This movement fit perfectly and the clock is back in use.

Seems to work fine. I like the second hand and simple style. Was disappointed, however, that it did not have the hook I perceived (wrongly) in the photo to hang it with as it was a replacement for one that did.

Clock mechanism works great and is as described. Battery fits in very snug.
