Several of the exercises involved resistance bands like these. Since my authorized PT is ending, these bands allow me to continue my rehabilitation at home. The variety of strengths allows me to progress as my body improves. The bands are almost identical to what the PT facility offers and the length of them is long enough to do many types of exercises.

I appreciate the quality of the product, but it could be a slightly sturdier material. I have a feeling that after using these for a period of time, the tensile strength of them may tend to fade. Definitely helpful for physical therapy treatment at home, though. Love the variety of colors and the easy storage capability.
