Multiple pens did not work and of the ones that worked, you could barely smell the scent. Also, the pens were not in the proper boxes. I opened the rose scent and the pen inside was strawberry. One box indicated on the box that the scent was mango and the box was purple with a picture of grapes on it ??? Not a good purchase. The package was also a week late. I went on the app to request a refund as the status was not showing any delivery date any longer and magically right after I made the refund request the status updated and the package arrived the next day.
