Worth the buy
Good stuff , not a 1 to one . But very , very nice

Needs to cook for a while.
I love the Gris Charnel DNA, but this one may need to go to perfume jail for a while. Harsh opening with little change after 30 min drydown. I love this DNA since it is perfectly unisex, but this one will go to my husband. Update: After some time to sit, it is improving and more of the vanilla and tonka are coming through. Hoping that more time will amplify the other notes.

Heavy cardamom note to start
I do have to say that when this arrived I was surprised that the quality of the packaging and bottle were better than some very expensive bottles of cologne I have, they spared no expense and it looks much more expensive than the list price. As far as the scent, it has a primary cardamom note which I don't care for much, but the cinnamon and apricot come in later which is nice. As far as the length of time it lasted, a few hours which is not a long as I expected. Overall I love the quality of the bottle, I don't like the initial notes, smells better over time but does not last long
