I usually have no trouble putting together my daughter's toys for her, but this one truly had me stumped. There was one rod missing from the top tent part, or rather, two mismatched rods. The instructions are difficult to understand, and my dad agreed. It's not a one person job, and the instructions are very oddly phrased (see pictures). Either someone experienced needs to put this together, or two semi-experienced people need to tackle it - fair warning. The overall result was beautiful. It's a little bigger than I thought at first, but not too bad. I have a one-bedroom apartment, and this fit nicely in her "play/reading corner." My daughter is 19 months old and she absolutely adores it.
