Nice quality pilates starter kit. Easy to use and all items feel very durable. The bands vary in tension and are comfortable while using.

I love this kit and everything that comes in it. I use it daily for my Pilates at home class. The mess bag is helpful keeping everything together and I can hang it in the closet when I’m not using it. I’ve been using for over half a year almost daily and everything is still in great condition!

Too strong for me
The product is ok, fairly well built but the grips are massively uncomfortable. I may very well be incredibly weak but there is far too much resistance for anything other than my legs.
