ClosetMaid 1936140 SuiteSymphony Modern 25-Inch Closet Organizer Tower Kit with Top Shelves and 4-Drawers, Natural Grey

Way better than I anticipated! Fairly easy to install....solid quality....looks great!

Definitely a bang for your buck closet! All the materials were high quality, instructions were easy to follow and the slides on the drawers are the nice slam proof kind 😁

I just got this set up for my master closet. It looks nice. Quality is decent for the money and I feel like it will hold up for some time. It was SUPER easy to set up (even by one person) until I got to the doors. Every little piece lined up exactly right. I was impressed! I really didn’t expect that. I struggled a bit to get the screws for the hinges to go in until I used a drill - no problem. Then I went to put the handles on and the first one was perfect. The second one was about an inch short. I’ve contacted the manufacturer as this is the only option through Amazon. Now I wait. I will give it some time and update the review.

Title: Disappointed by Customer Service I was initially thrilled with my closet organizer. It offered great design and functionality, making my space look so much more organized. However, my experience took a nosedive when I discovered that one of the smaller additional drawers was missing its sliders and hardware. Instead of addressing my issue by sending the missing parts, the seller insisted that I return the entire organizer. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since I’ve already installed it and don’t want to go through the hassle of disassembling everything just to fix one small issue. While I love the product itself, the lack of support for an easily fixable problem has left me very disappointed. I expected better from a company that seems committed to customer satisfaction. If you're considering purchasing this organizer, just be aware that customer service may not live up to your expectations. I am unable to complete this organizer to my expectations because I’m missing these pieces. I also received drawer faces that have slight damages to them I had to touchup, that wasn’t a major concern initially but now I’m upset with how this situation was handled. I love this organizer but not how this easy solution could have been resolved without the major work involved for both parties to have it returned. Now I will have to spend additional money to complete my drawer. I do not recommend purchasing this organizer from this seller or at least check to make sure you have all the pieces first.

The product is easy to assemble and sturdy. Looks good too! Highly recommend!

Took about 2 ~ 2.5 hrs to assemble.. Absolutely no issues and happy with the product

Great product. Easy to install. Fits great. Had to trim shelves but easy if you have a chop saw and a bit of patience

Honestly, for the price, it's not bad. Everything lined up okay and went together easy enough, but on top of it being super rickety, too tall for my closet and actually supposed to be assembled with a cardboard backing, I wasn't particularly happy with that. I cut the bottom off and braced the cabinets with 1"x4" braces in the back, then sheeted the back with plywood. I used some left over laminate flooring for the open cubby and added a light. I mounted it to the wall to make it a floating piece which makes it seem like a more expensive piece, and makes it easier to fit in my closet. It is what it is...it's cheap and probably won't last forever, but if you add your own mods to it, it could be okay.
