Adds great flavor to foods.
Adds a good taste to my cooking and fit well in the grinder. I had heard a British chew talk about this salt, so I gave it a try. Nice.

Coarse salt
This Anatolia rock salt from Turkey is natural and unrefined which still retains all the trace minerals in it which are good for my health. It can be thrown into soups/stews or put in a grinder for a finer grind. The salt grains are large, you’d definitely need a salt grinder for this salt if you’re not using it in soups or stews or pasta water. This tastes like regular salt to me but with a little more umami because of the trace minerals. I also use it as topping for my homemade scones. Very good salt! It’s a little expensive at today’s price of $13.59.

A good coarse salt
The salt has a robust, natural flavor that enhances dishes without being overpowering. The coarse texture is perfect for grinders, and it dissolves well during cooking. I also found it handy for occasional cleaning tasks around the kitchen. Overall, it’s a versatile and reliable salt that meets my expectations. a very nice sized bag, great texture.
