Truly great socks, makes me feel like I'm in control of my life. Not sure why a lot of people say they are snug, I have skinny feet and they are the same kind of fit as normal socks.

I wear these socks with my Dr Martins for work. since Dr Martin gives blisters with thin socks, these darn tough socks saves you from the blisters. I’d say they keep me warm when I’m active and moving about. But since my since my job is sitting outside and not moving about, my feet get cold. For the first 2 hours of work my legs are warm and then the rest of my shift my legs are freezing. They only help with the first two hour of my work as I am active from cycling to work. Other than that they are good when you are active and it will keep your feet warm.

I don't know who the heck shipped this item but I recieved a used pair of socks! I own 3 other pairs of darn tough socks and my review is not a reflection of the quality of the sock. My 1 star reflects me recieving a used pair of socks.

I've been throwing away Old socks this year. yes, I have a whole bunch of those thin cute socks they sell at Target. but as I live on Amazon, I searched for replacement socks. these said wool. MADE IN THE USA? Sold !! but I wanted to try a pair because they are Thin. and warm. I have thick ski socks. these are WONDERFUL. did I say how wonderful these socks are? very nice & Vibrant colors!! easy to put on. just enough stretch to hold in place but not cut off circulation. fit true to size. there's a bit of padding. but absolutely perfect for trouser crew socks. but MY FEET ARE WARM !!! I went back and bought 10 more pairs. well, ( had to go to their website. "free shipping") $200 on socks. yeah, I did. but it's winter time. and I don't like cold feet. I wore these with canvas converse and my feet never got cold !! w0w !!! I hope these last awhile cuz i'm in love !! kinda hope spring never gets here so I can wear these socks !! JuSt Kidding ..................

Warm, and comfy. First wash they were shedding quite some lint's, hope they won't continue in every wash, as quite pricy for not full wool. Bought them because learnt this brand has been used by the police to keep warm in winter.
