The straps will need adjusting and there aren't many size options on the straps for those of us who like a more snug fit. They're very very good value for the price if you ask me, though. I'm not sure how they hold up on daily wear yet since I had to leave for work right after trying them on, which is why I held off from giving five stars. I would recommend ordering the next size or half-size up but they're true to size otherwise. I usually wear a nine, but I bought a 9.5 and they fit comfortably. They also are fancy but not too terribly so which makes them versatile.
