Mattress Topper Small Double Bed, 4Inch Small Double Mattress Topper for Back Pain Relief

Mattress Topper is really thick firm just what l need for my back problems, so comfy too really pleased with it looks a good quality.

This really helped with my pelvic girdle pain during pregnancy, but i have given 4 stars as it did not come with the straps to hold it in place. As such, i have to keep pushing it back into position every time i get out of bed, the nonslip surface underneath is not 100% effective apparently. I purposely bought the thickest one, and it definitely is as thick as i was expecting so that was good, but does make my bed much higher (duh lol) almost tempted to remove my mattress underneath and see if it would work on its own.

Was suffering from sciatica but 1 night on this topper has made all the difference. The best nights sleep for a long time.

Waist of time i have a thick memory foam mattress that started to get a dip in middle all this topper does is mold to the dip im in more pain now than beforea £30 0ne would probably been as good.

So far… (12thJan 2026) Well packaged and not too heavy (I had to carry it up 2 flights of stairs and mobility isnt great) Unpacked and allowing it to settle (as advised for 24-48 hrs) There was no strange smell as others have mentioned and seems sturdy and firm. My only issue is that the cover does come off to wash (but looking at it - this would be an almost impossible task for an older person (like me) living alone with health conditions ) I will come back and let you know what its like after a few days

I only got it yesterday so I haven't used it yet. I have to say the smell is quite strong on mine. I ordered the 10cm one. I had it in my bedroom and had to take it out. It's now in my livingroom, as i only have 1 bedroom. Bedroom still smells of it though. Hoping that goes away soon. I'll review once I use it a while. Seems quite solid. Hopefully not too hard. I have a bad back.

Pros- Thickness is great , I do not feel my mattress underneath at all. It doesn't give in (firm) but it's comfortable and soft and it's minimised my hip pain from side sleeping. Company have been great to deal with if you contact them directly. Cons- The mattress measured 140cm , I'm not sure if it was a one off or it in general measures slightly bigger but when I contacted the company they resolved the issue swiftly.

We bought the 10cm topper, it has no straps around the corners so does move quite a bit. I find it far too firm and uncomfortable, my husband does too and he likes a firm mattress (we've always had a firm mattress but this topper is next level)☹️. We've had it for 3 months and I just can't get used to it
