In fact the product made some hideous and random feedback noise and seems to have quit all together less than a week after I received it. Repackaging in the box it came in was virtually impossible too so I've just eaten the cost and it sits on the mantle unused. Not a good purchase for me. UNTIL NOW.............So I'd like to amend my original review of this product and say something about this company. I had given up on it really and moved on with life, when I received email correspondence from Xavier at Wohome. He said had read my review he and the company wanted to help me resolve the issue with my soundboard be either replacing the item with a new and improved version at no cost to me, or by refunded my entire purchase price. I was very impressed that he and the company had even reached out to assist at all, but to do that unsolicited and at zero cost or inconvenience to me was incredible customer service. I chose to receive the new improved version and a week later it arrived on my doorstep. The product is improved and works great with my TV set up. The sound quality is excellent and the feedback issues have been fixed. I gladly recommend this product and STRONGLY recommend this company from any sound needs or upgrades you might need. Thank you Wohome! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fills large rooms well *by I***R on November 18, 2019* My mother had recently been complaining about her mattress and her tv’s sound. I know she well never buy them herself. So I bought her both for Christmas this year (though I gave them to her early). I chose this sound bar because of its external subwoofer, I figured it would make action scenes sound quite a bit better. The system is very easy to set up and not complex in any fashion. It has four options for input, the remote has a button for all four. I listened to rap music, watched a Heavy action movie, and several tv shows. On all of them, the voice quality was crystal clear as well as having good music and action sounds. Our living room has about 29 foot ceilings and I would guess it’s about 20x40. It’s a huge room, and it seems to be loud enough to make the sound immersive.Pros:1. Fills a large room well, dialoguenaudio ks clear and easily understood2. Has four audio input options: Bluetooth, six cable, the l/r white/red output, and fiber optic3. Has thee pre balanced settings: normal, music, and movie (there is significant difference and music does sound better on music and movies and tv do sound better on movie)4. Remote is quite simple.5. I was able to set my TVs sound setting to variable, then turned the sound bar on full blast, and just use the TVs natural setting to adjust the volume so no complicated pairing to a new remote.Cons:1. The cables it includes are all far shorter than they should be in my opinion. The audio cables are only a few feet and the subwoofer cord is maybe five? If I was guessing. I guess it depends on your set up. Our tv hand high on the wall and I placed the sound bar beneath it on the mantle and the cord just barely reaches. Likewise, the subwoofer cord leaves barely enough slack to reach the ground to the side of the fireplace. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Purchased 12-5-20; initial results *by B***. on December 14, 2020* 1. Seems like a good price for the features/sound, included cords, except the HDMI (which I had/used, gets best sound-recommend getting); there are a few other similar soundbars (features/price), so not sure if best.2. NOTE: Horizontal part of the soundbar placed under/in front of the TV (49"LG ) blocked both the TV & soundbar remote sensors, so had to place TV on 1" high wood pieces (will have to paint black) to raise the TV, which solved the issue-may be unique o my TV.3. Until I tried the sound options on the included remote (Music/Movie/Normal), I didn't get enough bass for music. "Normal" is best for speech, while "music" mode has most bass boost-had to turn down "bass" volume for listening to concert. "Movie" mode also has big bass boost, but seemed to have less midrange for music, so less clear. Haven't tried for movies yet. Would prefer a more traditional bass/mid/treble controls like old stereos to be able to adjust for personal taste, but for ~$100, much better bass than the TV alone.4. Chinese English in manual caused a few smiles.5. If you register w/in 30 days, they extend the warranty from 12-24 months.6. I have to ask about a challenge with changing volume-the sound cuts out while adjusting-not sure if that's OK.7. Overall design looks good-the speaker in the subwoofer part is pointed down, on bottom & has no grill, so must handle carefully. Prefer the wired subwoofer since I keep it close to the TV and have had challenges w/ bluetooth connections.
