Dry Feet!!
Finally a boot that keeps my feet dry. I’ve purchased a few different “waterproof” boots on here and eventually end up with wet feet, failing soles etc. these are excellent, light AND waterproof as they claim. I work in pest control and am constantly walking through wet yards, puddles, working in the rain etc. Loving these boots!!

Good-Not Just Good For The Price
I love these so far. I have only lightly hiked in them, but so far they do what they’re supposed to do. They are VERY comfortable for all day. They are responsive. They have really good traction. They are reasonably light, especially for the price. They require little break in, and were true to size. As I hike more, I will update. So far, I have zero complaints. So, I’ve done more wearing and hiking and still no complaints. They seem to maintain traction everywhere. I have used them extensively in muddy, mucky terrain (lots of rain) and can report dry, clean feet. No slippage over wet logs and limbs. They’re comfortable for 10 mile hikes and long days. I have used them in the cold, as well as the heat. I love these and will buy more at whatever point they wear out.

Nice boots but didn't work for me
I got these boots to replace my worn out Keens and was attracted by the Nortiv's much lower price. Also, since I liked the bigger toe box of the Keens, reviews saying these Nortiv boots also have roomy toes cinched the deal. In general I like the boots. My size is 12.5 but I usually order 13 to keep my toes happy. The fit on the Nortiv is very good for me. Even though they're less expensive boots, the fit and finish is fine. Construction is solid. The removable insoles have good arch support. I think these would have worked great for me, except... The only thing I didn't like: on my left foot, right above the ankle where the tongue meets the shoe upper, I get a very uncomfortable pressure point underneath one of the eyelets. My other foot is fine so maybe the problem is with my foot and not the boot? I walked around a bit and the problem didn't go away, so sadly, I decided to return the boots.

My Honest Review
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share my thoughts on this purchase. I was looking for new hiking boots when I found the NORTIV 8 boots. At first, I was hesitant, but after doing my research and reading the reviews here, I decided to give them a try. I’m glad I did. These boots are good quality for the price. The fit was perfect, and surprisingly, they felt great right out of the box without needing a break-in, quite a surprise. The boots arrived late Friday, and I hiked with them the next day. I went through streams, and they definitely keep water out. The comfort is excellent, and the style suits me perfectly. I plan to hit more trails soon, so we’ll see how they hold up. But so far, so good!

Decent value, but not made for longevity.
Decent shoes, but not for the long haul. Purchased for work, as I'm often out in the rain. Initially super comfy, but a bit clown-like feeling, as they protrude a bit farther on the exterior. After about 2 months, the rubber toe guard began to peel off one side. A few months later, neither were waterproof whatsoever. Now, after 8 months of everyday wear, the midsole is beginning to compress a bit too much, so they're pretty close to done. Might be good as a part-time casual hiker, but definitely not long-term wear. This is compared to Merrell, which can last me several years.

Comfortable
Very comfortable. My feet were starting to bother me, it was the shoes I was wearing. I bought a pair of the Nortiv boots and haven’t had a problem since. They’re a nice dress shoe unless you start wearing all the time like I did. I bought a second pair also!

By far the best hiking boots I've ever owned! I hike anywhere from 20 to 40 miles a week for my nature photography. And my feet are never sore or tired! I Would definitely 100% recommend!
