top notch scooter
wow since upgrading from a non suspension scooter to this , totally different experience , a better accelerator ,the foot base seems much wider on this , and the new indicators are so bright as well as the headlight (high and low beam) great for security to, if you cant connect to the app you cant steal it the brakes lock on , front and rear brakes like a bike ,gives you a fully comfortable ride , huge box when delivered , needs 2 really to get out the box , when assembling don't rush .don't forget to connect the green plug inside the handle to handle upright

Niu KQI300P is recommended
The media could not be loaded. I have received the scooter and I have to say I’m well impressed, far better than our old one.First impressions are, it’s great. It came in a large box and was extremely well packaged. It also has a small tool T Handle Allen key to fit the screws which have something like Locktite on them to keep them in place over time. Easy well written instructions. It is very well built, suspension, nice chunky tyres, large deck and the front and rear light are lovely and bright. Also has bright indicators on each end of the handlebar which is a nice touch if you want to use them. With the addition of hazard lights for any emergency situation you might need to use them.I like that when you brake it recharges the battery, not sure how much it adds but every bit helps in my opinion. This scooter will be ideal for when I use my camper van and can use it on the sites and on my trips when I’m off grid, should be ideal for terrain.

Terrible app, terrible range readings.
The app is downright useless right up until the point of trying to make an account, I had to switch from 3 networks and attempt for 15 minutes to make an account, you need an account to fully unlock the scooter (it is limited to 9MPH out of the box, you must do a safety tutorial to get the full 15MPH.)I got in, did the safety tutorial and off I go! Watched a few reviews here and there, oh.. it has cruise control, hold the throttle down fully for 15 seconds then you should hear a beep, never get a beep even at max throttle for a good minute and a half. The app is also just downright crap and don’t rely on it for how much range you have, when I left the house to go to my mothers’ house to drop something off and come back (roughly 2 miles / 3.2KM ) it said I had 8KM range… I’d say 1.2 miles in, the bloody thing starts to slow down from 15 to 12.. okay, this seems a bit weird. But i keep on going, few hundred metres later I’m having to keep using my leg and kicking along to keep the speed above 8! Check the app again it says I have 0KM range.. so that was annoying, half the journey I had to use it as a normal scooter with my leg.. another issue i face is that the app can be temperamental whilst you try to connect to the scooter and seems to be inconsistent. If you plan on riding in rural areas where the road and or path is absolutely buggered, just don’t bother, there’s no suspension and you’re scared you’ll break your shiny new Scooter, not to mention you’re always looking over your shoulder due to it not being legal for on public property use.Had it for 5-6 days and the back breaks seem to be rubbing against the wheel which makes a nasty consistent high pitched noise, every half second or so.. isn’t pleasant, I assume off the god awful rural abandoned by local county council roads i have to deal with.Range is not 31 Miles (50KM) I’d say at the most, possibly 20 miles, it isn’t that much. (I hit the 75KG weight and I’m 5’8)Other than those small gripes, brilliant scooter! If they had added Suspension, better app, advertised range, and a better brake light (it’s more of a reflector than a break light, could do with being a bit brighter)I am surprised you read through all that, you deserve a medal.Edit: got Error 03, throttle failure. No replacement parts to repair yourself, not a standardised part. Scummy company for this. Don’t buy.

Better than kqi2 pro
The niu 300p is fast and durable and can handle my weight(around 120kg) which is perfect but I wish it can go faster.

Be prepared the system will not allow you to go anywhere.
Looks solid and promising. Unfortunately too much computerised with badly coded app. If your language is too exotic, be prepared for your Android app to welcome you in... Chinese. With the help of American call center you can finally change the language to English, but then trying to pair the scooter by BT just to start your first ride, the app shows you mysterious '1711' and that's the end of your adventure with this to sophisticated a product to do a simple thing like riding. The call center tells you to wait 4-5 days to download the updated up but asked if someone contact you personally, excuses themselves with being unsure.
