Works good some of the time. Made coke slushy and it worked great. Cleaned machine, waited over an hour then tried to make another batch. Everything exactly the same but it didn't freeze like the first batch. About the 5th batch I made the spigot that you use to fill cup started slow drip. I didn't have the drip pan in place while it was making a batch and ended up with a mess on the counter. Not a big leak but when it continues to leak for an hour while making a batch it gets pretty bad. Tried working the valve and had it closed as tight as it would go but still dripped. I think I'm being generous with a score of 2 stars. UPDATE poor response from seller. They delayed everything until the return winddow closed No help from Amazon. Change rating to 1 star. Should be -5 stars

This slushie machine works great and is very easy to use. I like that no ice is needed, and the preset programs make it simple to prepare different drinks like margaritas, frappés, and milkshakes. The LED display is clear and user friendly, and the auto clean function saves a lot of time. The machine feels sturdy and looks nice on the counter. Thank you, Linus! (IYKYK) It is so easy to use and clean! A lot of recipes included which really helps to get started. It doesn't take more space than a traditional coffee maker. It makes the drinks pretty fast! It is easy to use and is made of quality materials. There is no leakage during use but it does have dripping trays just in case. Most items expand in the frosting process. It is not light, so it will stay in place 👍 it works wonderfully! The noise level does take a star away because it is pretty loud.

Works as it should I have had it over 8-10 months no issues. Easy to clean , we don’t use it often but when we do I’m glad we have it I got in on a big sale. Impulse buy , I don’t think I paid over 200 for it . We use it maybe once a month now of course at first I was slushing everything lol. I just freeze the leftover shake that doesn’t get used as a shake and swirl in some chocolate before I freeze it it’s like an ice milk ice cream but not really creamy but still good . The milk shakes are good . If I was serious about wanting a milk shake maker get one with an adjustable motor speed this will over whip it and it’s foamy I guess just too much air worked in . It’s got the sweet spot that it’s good but if you leave it on it’s not very good and I just freeze that part and eat with a spoon . But at that point as a shake no. The slushes are good but an adjustable speed motor would probably be best overall. I’m happy with this one . If your after more shakes than slushy then look into a adjustable speed motor I would have paid more for that but not more than what I did for this if I had I would have been a little disappointed. Giving this 5 stars. I have used it twice and it works great! I love the fact that you don’t have to use ice so your drink doesn’t get watered down but if you are using ready to serve margarita mix you have to add water because it will not freeze. My first use it ran for two hours so I thought it was broken but then I went to google and found water has to be added to ready to serve mixes because they are meant to be poured over ice, not frozen. Once I added some water it turned out perfect. Second batch I added some Monin raspberry flavor to my mix and it was sooo good! Way better than the Mexican restaurant.

Oh man, I so wanted to love. From purchase to arrival and first cleaning, reassembly it all went great. Did not get cold, would not could not no matter what we did. I emailed product support for distributor on a Saturday, got near immediate response. As usual, Amazon return policy is the bomb, post request, uPS guy came to my work. Refund done less that 12 hours start to finish

Habe diese Maschine gekauft, weil sie unter anderem auch Softeis zubereiten kann, was ich zum derzeitigen Zeitpunkt noch nicht versucht habe. Das Slush Eis aber ist schon mal der Hit unserer Kids. Es geht auch echt schnell. 1000 ml ca. in unter 45 Minuten zu Slush. Ich hab es noch extra kälter gestellt, sollte man aufpassen den dann ist die Konsistenz nicht so super, am besten so wie die Maschine vorgibt. Wenn ich etwas verbessern könnte, wäre es die Tropfschale, diese schiebt sich, trotz 2 Haltenasen, sehr leicht von der Maschine weg. Die Lautstärke ist auch wirklich auszuhalten. Würde sie zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt jederzeit wieder kaufen. Denn die Maschine ist super einfach einzurichten und zu bedienen. Was mir am besten gefällt, ist die Konsistenz. Die Getränke schmecken genau wie die, die man im Kino oder auf dem Jahrmarkt bekommt – nicht wässrig, nicht klumpig, sondern mit der perfekten gefrorenen Textur. Die große Kapazität ist ideal für Partys, und die Reinigung ist überraschend einfach, was ein großes Plus ist. Außerdem ist sie sehr vielseitig. Wir haben sie für Fruchtslushies für die Kinder, gefrorene Cocktails für die Erwachsenen und sogar für Eiskaffeegetränke verwendet. Alle kommen immer wieder zurück, um sich noch einmal zu bedienen! Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einer unterhaltsamen, zuverlässigen und gut verarbeiteten Frozen-Drink-Maschine sind, ist diese hier jeden Cent wert. Very good item. Simple to set up and makes slushy faster than I expected. It has various settings for different types of products, and I have so far used it to make fruity, cola and spiked drinks, and all have worked perfectly and tasted great. It also makes ice cream (I haven’t tested this yet) and it’s easy to clean afterwards too. A great buy.

Only used twice and the tank has broken and motor burnt out as liquids clogs/freezes all at the front causing it to jam.
