WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY! great quality, will last us a long time. the best bean bag i have ever had. the stuffing is torn up pieces of memory foam, it makes a huge difference in comfort. has 2 shells, inside shell to hold the stuffing and the outside shell for looks. the outside shell is removable, easy for washing. the outside shell is a super soft suede material so you dont slip off of it and you dont get too hot with sweaty legs. could easily make a second bed for someone who needs to crash for the night. we love that it can go length wise and fit 2 adults comfortably, or you can turn it vertically as a super comfy one seater and feel like a king while doing it. anyone at any age will love this thing. great for anything you can think of.

What a great product! I ordered this for my 12-year old son, who wanted a lounger in his room that would fit under his loft bed. We didn't have room for a sofa, and this was great. The package arrives compressed in a fairly small box. The inner liner is a polyester fabric, fairly thin, but it held the stuffing material well. After 3 hours of "fluffing", the stuffing material had expanded and filled up the liner. After expansion, there is just enough room inside the liner to allow the material to shift a bit for comfortable lounging, but not so much that there are obvious gaps. The outer cover is very thick and sturdy, it's a microsuede fabric that is soft and of high quality. The orange color of the cover was true to the picture on the website. For the money, this was a fantastic buy, I'm getting another for my 14-yr old son, who clamored for his own Jaxx when he saw his brother's.

After reading reviews I was very hesitant to drop over $100 on a bean bag chair that may or may not be a nightmare. I did anyway. Needed a place to read to toddlers or sit and nurse the baby in the playroom. Ordered the charcoal microsuede and said a little prayer. Shipping took an extra day but came a day earlier than estimated so that made up for the non-Prime Prime service (I hate that Amazon does that) It came. I opened it up and the package contained a cube of stuffing, an inner liner and an outer liner. I read the instructions carefully and gave it a shot. Contrary to other reviews, there is NO NEED TO USE A BOXCUTTER. That is a recipe for disaster. Open the inner liner and put the cube of filling in it. Carefully check each side of the filling cube wrapper until you find the side that is open. Basically the filling is in a vacuum packed trash bag - one side is wide open. When you find the side that is open, turn the cube so it's open side down and then grab a handful of cube wrapper and slide the filling out. As soon as the plastic wrap is off the cube, zip up the liner. You will probably spill about half a dozen pieces of stray foam but it's easy. After the cube is in the liner, THEN break it up. Break it up like your $115 depends on it - cause it does. I kneaded the bag thoroughly until both wrists hurt and then I kneaded it some more. Despite it looking fluffed and fun to sit on after about 6 hours, I waited a couple days (turning it and fluffing it during this time) before putting the outer liner on. The seat is pretty good. It's easy for a full grown adult man to get comfy on his own, or even read a book to a very small child. It does "firm up" in whatever position it's left in for a few days but all you have to do is flip it over - how hard is that? If you are too lazy to flip or fluff something once in awhile then this seat isn't for you. Sometimes I turn it sideways and sit on it like an upright jelly bean - that's my favorite way to sit. It's in the corner so we have the added support of the wall which probably attributes to my satisfaction. Overall, I'm pleased but I think I lucked out. I can see why other people may have negative experiences but if you assemble it properly and manage your expectations, you can have success.

This thing is awesome. Setup took a bit of time but if you follow the directions it’s not messy AT ALL. The biggest challenge was breaking up the foam material inside. What worked great for me was to grab the foam block inside the liner and try to pick it up – that easily broke off handfuls of the foam from the big piece. I continued that process for about 10 minutes until it was all broken into smaller chunks, then I worked to break those down as well. My son and I had a blast kicking it, punching it and dropping it on the floor to fluff it. Within three hours of taking it out of the box, it was fully fluffed and ready for use! I was hesitant to spend this amount of money on a bean bag, but I am satisfied with the quality, size and definitely the comfort. There’s nothing like memory foam.

Great bean bag chair,,, so comfy and kids want to sleep on it all the time. The only reason I didn't mark as a 5 start is because the communication with the main company was terrible and I waited 2 months for this which was a gift and I had to reach out to the company several times. Great product but only order if you have time to wait. No smell like some people have said and the filling is very good and comfy.

we LOVE this bean bag. Bought it for the playroom for my 6 and 3 year old. They both can sit on it together and most of the time my husband and I are trying to use it as well. So comfy,we ordered a 2nd! color is a nice deep cherry red. not bright at all, and not shiny as it was showing in some of the pictures. Be careful when putting the foam in. From my experience doing 2 of them: as soon as you unzip the compressed bag, quickly put the plastic bag in the filler bag and as quick as you can, cut the plastic bag open and pull it up. Otherwise it expands so quickly you may not get the plastic bag off easily! I ended up running outside when I saw the mess about to unfold as the plastic bag was getting buried. Then had to literally vacuum my walkway and driveway it was a mess. 2nd one I did super fast and was able to prevent a mess. Worth this hassle by far, great bean bags!

We bought two of these (and a Jaxx pivot chair) and really like them. Great size for kids/tweens, and they seem to stay soft longer than the pivot bag does. Shipping was fine; on time and no issues. Be sure to have sufficient space to set up the bag, and be careful with the foam--there's a lot of static as you empty things out, so be careful. We had a vacuum on hand to clean up the little pieces that stuck to other things. Not a big mess, but just easier to clean up afterward. Also, if you order the red cover, it appears to be just a tiny touch on violet side; likely not enough to notice by itself, but if you're trying to match a classic red, you'll see a little difference. My only complaint would be that I sent a post-purchase question to the vendor but never heard back.

Good bean bag, it doesn't use beans it uses torn foam that expands and is really comfortable.. It says it takes 72 hours for the foam to fully expand but chair was nice none the less.

It is as big as it says and the quality is good.

Comfortable at the start, but gets hard quickly. There no where near enough foam in it to sit like in the advertises picture. You always fall onto one of the sides.
