Is it normal for condensation to leak from the bottom of the machine?

This is normal and will not affect unit performance. Condensate is produced during the heat exchange and defrosting processes.

Does a heat pump require a pool pump to operate?

Yes, a 16,000 BTU heat pump requires a water pump with a flow rate of 700–1,000 GPH.

How fast does it heat up?

The heating rate is affected by ambient temperature, pump flow rate, and pool size. Using a pool cover at the same time can help speed up the heating process.

Equipment displays an E3 error?

1. Before starting the heat pump, please drain all water and air from the pool system and ensure that the piping system is clear. 2. Check whether the pipes connected to the unit’s inlet and outlet are installed correctly.

Reduce the distance between the device and the Wi-Fi signal booster, and check for any obstacles between them.
