I'm so sorry but I have several pairs of glasses very similar to these. I'm not sure which one these are, but I know that the ones I got from Amazon were very comfortable and I have a very large head. I wear a 7.25" to 7.5" hat. I don't know if they have springs because I'm not sure which pair they are.

Q: What is the width of the frames from outside of arms?

Measuring the width of the frame from inside the bows it is 5 1/4 inches. When you measure inside the frames to the widest part of the bow it is 5 3/4 inches. The glasses fit me well.

Q: Ca I have Prescription lenses put in these frames?

Within 3 days of purchasing these glasses, scratches began to appear. I was so disappointed because these sunglasses seem to have a lot of promise. Do not buy.
