Review: The Best Cocktail Cherries - These are SO good! Just re-ordered. They are amazing for cocktails - on a completely different level to the nasty fluorescent ones you see in supermarkets or on top of cheap cakes. A cocktail barman passed on a tip to me, so I'll pass it to you. If you drain off about half of the syrup (save it for drizzling over your ice-cream) then backfill the jar with a dark spirit like bourbon, rum or something like that, give it a shake then leave it for a few weeks (that's the hard bit) you will have the best cherries known to man for serving with dark cocktails like Old Fashioneds or Manhattans. I suppose, logically, Kirsch might work even better. You're welcome.

A: It says on the jar “do not refrigerate”. I didn’t and they last months. They are too good to last long enough to spoil.

I don't think I could ever eat another brand after being introduced to these. Not even sure what's the best way to describe them other than the Rolls Royce of cherries. I kid you not!!!!
