Our marquee sign numbers and letters track are easy to bend, roll, and drill, and they will not chip or crack. This is the track or rails used to support.030 mil flexible plastic letters on a sign board. These strips of track is for Flex Change or flexible plastic letters between.020 -.030 mils thick that bend to be inserted between the tracks and hold the letters in place. **Q: Could this be attached directly to an outdoor fence?**
A: Yes

**Q: How do you cut them to size?**
A: To cut acrylic track using the score and snap method:

1.	Position the acrylic track on a firm and flat surface.
2.	Take a straight edge and a box cutter, then firmly score the top and bottom of the track. Make multiple repeated scores to create a deep score line.
3.	Ensure that the scores are sufficiently deep to produce a clear line. This will facilitate a clean break along the scored line.

To cut acrylic track using a fine-toothed saw:

1.	Use a fine-toothed saw to cut through the acrylic track.
2.	After completing the cut, you can use a box cutter to shave the ends and make them clean. Alternatively, employ sandpaper to smooth out the ends.

**Q: How deep is the inset where you put the letters?**
A: The letters insert 1/4 inch into the top and 1/4 inch into the bottom grooves. The total height of the track is 1 inch.

**Q: need tracks and the back board, not fiberglass?  do you sell them also?  need the 96x48.**

Product is as described and worked great for our outdoor lighted sign. We bought a used outdoor sign, the old ones with the corrugated fiberglass back. Several of the tracks where the letters fit into were broken. Took my husband about 30 minutes to replace 3 of them with these new ones and now the sign is complete and looks great! Will buy these again if we ever need to.

So far so good. Seems to be handling the Canadian winter on our outside sign. We installed it in the fall so can’t comment on hot summer heat. We installed it with metal rivets onto a sign board. Predrilled the holes.
