Good hair product / poor shipping method
I rate the product as a 5. It helps tremendously with my frizzy hair.Shipping is rated as a zero. The shipping package was not padded and apparently something heavy was put on top of my package. The top popped open and about 1/3 of the contents of one tube squirted into the shipping envelope. Originally it was a good buy -- good cost -- but because I lost so much of the product, the price was fair.
