Are there any foods I need to avoid while using this product?

Mine smell awful, like nearly gags me to take them, but I've taken almost the whole bottle without any reactions, so I guess it's okay.

This is my third bottle of amino-d-tox and the last bottle i ordered came in a dark brown glass bottle. is this a fake or new packaging?
