Beautiful bible Easy to read

I have just received my bible, it is beautifully presented. a lovely combination of space for journaling and notes alongside the passages. the cover is beautiful as is the edged print.

My daughter and son-in-law just gave me this Bible for my 60th birthday and it's absolutely gorgeous! I don't know what else to say apart from the fact that it is exactly as described, except 10 times better!

I literally just received this journaling Bible, and I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s an art work before one even starts to add ones own bits. Even if you can’t draw there are plenty of printed ones to colour in. Measurements: 20.5 cm from top to the bottom of the page x 16 cm side to side x 5cm on the butterfly spine. Each page is a little thicker then the norm, but you can still see some ghosting from the next page. I checked against my RSV Catholic Bible and it has the same books, but in a slightly different order. See attached picture. I expected the Book to be slightly bigger, but I’m pleased as now I can actually carry it in a bag, although it is pretty heavy to do so. It is worth doing you research as the price changes dramatically. I purchased mine from another website at a reasonably price. It did take a long time to come, but it was during the Covid-19 lockdown in the UK. The only thing I may add is a decent cover, as it comes in a cardboard slip one. As I can sew this is no hardship. Lastly I now have to pluck up courage to draw and colour it in. I highly recommend for the artistic type, or just those who appreciate a beautiful object.

Absolutely love my bible! Perfect for studying, coloring and making notes in.

This Bible is perfect if you want to start with bible journaling. Every chapter has a number of coloring pages and the pages without pre-drawn designs have wide margins to draw, doodle or write your own bible artwork. Because this is a NLT-translation, even non-native speakers can easily read it, but since this translation is not a word-for-word translation, but rather a thought-for-thought translation, I would not recommend it for in-depth Bible study. If there is no Catholic journaling or coloring Bible available in your own language (like in my case), this Bible is an excellent alternative.
