The fact that I wanted one so long and found the perfect one is amazing. It looks expensive but it’s very affordable. I love how it is neatly made, very smooth and the color option is pretty. It is just the right size, does not smell and does its job perfectly in getting my daughter hair straight. She has really thick hair and it works great on her hair texture. It has different heat levels which are adjustable so that’s good. I love it and I recommend 🤗.

This is the biggest game changer for my hair IN LIFE!! My hair has always been healthy, and I use good products, but even with a Dyson Air Wrap to dry it, the Air Straight to straighten it (which I returned) and the 300.00 GHD Duet dryer/straightener (ok but not worth the cash), my hair still looked a little dull and average. I saw an ad for something similar to this one for 150.00 and decided to check here first. I thought I'd give this one here a try to see if it did what it was supposed to before I spent more hundreds on yet another tool. Well, I'm done looking. This is amazing. Heats up super fast, the water tank can go about 5 uses before I refill it, straightens in one pass, doesn't grab my hair on the sides like some do. I read other reviews about the comb, and since I didn't want to use a comb anyway (what's the point?) I just removed it before the first use. I travel with this, use it daily, and would save it in a fire along with my dogs. LOVE ❤️ 😍 !!

I went natural almost 5 years ago after a year of hairdressers messing my hair up causing me to cut off several inches and having a 3 inch spot in the center of my head. I haven't used heat except for hood dyers since then so I was pretty nervous to use this. I am a 4a/b low porosity if that helps. I only used this on my bangs to start and at 300, like I said I was pretty nervous haha. Honestly blow drying my hair out was more work than using this so I am super pleased. To start I used a heat protectant, blow dry , combed out and then pulled a small section very taunt and clamped down the iron and slid it down my hair. Make sure to read the instructions, there are a few steps needed before you can start using it. Like it needs 90 seconds after you add water and then 30 seconds to heat up and then 30 seconds of you clamping the iron without it being on your hair to start the steam. Bit of a pain but I'm sure it is important for it to work properly and last. My ends were a bit challenging, they needed to be cut and wouldn't straighten in one pass, took two or three well placed passes of the iron. I need to work on that but I think it won't be an issue with the rest of my hair since the bangs were very thin sections and not blunt cut like my hair. It got my hair silky and straight, not bone straight but it was only 300 degrees. It looked like a blow out but not as fluffy, I might use a higher heat next time. The comb inside stayed in place so I think other people got broken ones, check that yours isn't an issue. The real test was would my hair revert, and it did just fine. I am very excited to use this on my whole head as I think this is a safer and healthier way to get straight hair since it is using steam and my hair loves hot water and steam. I just wouldn't use it very high or often if you are concerned with heat damage. All in all I recommend this, it's not as expensive as other steam irons but does just as good of a job as them, maybe better based on the reviews I read and I read A LOT of reviews before buying this.

I have very long, wavy to curly hair with medium thickness. I am upgrading from the Paul Mitchell Ion straighteners ($100+). The quality is great and it has more features than I was anticipating. Not only is it a beautifully designed product, it also delivers results as promised. For me it only took one pass to straighten a rather large section. I have not used other steam straighteners before but I feel this one is superior to them all. This straightener has something most of them don't and that is the 40mL water tank. I never had to stop and refill the tank. I know it doesn't skimp on the steam either because I almost used the entire amount and it was obvious with the results. My hair has not been this silky or shiny since I attended cosmetology classes where we had access to the salon stuff. This is much healthier than traditional flat irons in my opinion. My hair looks healthier after using it and the style has held after sleeping on it. It is durable too because it fell on the floor and was fine lol. It is returnable and backed by a 2 year warranty so I am not worried. The only bad thing about this product is the instruction manual which has since been updated. Even though the instructions were hard to understand I didn't get electrocuted and the hair straightener is still in good shape so I would say the product usage is pretty straightforward. It was a lot easier to use than I expected and is surprisingly easy to maintain as well. I'm not used to large/bulky tools, but I adjusted to this very quickly. I did some research about the origin of this product because I see it available from multiple sellers. Mkboo was the only seller I trusted because they offer a warranty and were the most professional out of everyone else I asked. The customer service is phenomenal and I would not buy this item elsewhere. After purchasing this product I've found that I love their brand and I can't wait for their other products to become available here on Amazon.

I got this for my sister in law. I ordered her another one as well different style as hers broke so I figured which ever one she doesn’t take I am going to keep. This one was on the higher price range but it was well worth it. It comes with a brush which was unique for me and that’s why I wanted to try it. Usually I have a flat iron in hand and a comb in the other so having the ability to be all in one was weird at first. I tried it out to see if it works good and I loved the fact that it goes up to 400 degree+ because this is what we r used to. It doesn’t pull at your hair and your hair feels smooth and silky afterwards. I really hope she doesn’t pick this one so I can keep it as I liked how my hair turned out as you can see in the picture. But with my luck she is going to love it like I do. I might just have to purchase another one Lolol as my sister is always borrowing hair supplies from me and having extras don’t hurt :) it gets up to 450 degrees and it makes these sounds of steam and it straightened my hair after 2 hits so this is pretty cool and different

It stopped working within 3 months. The steam wasnt coming out and it ended up drying my hair. When I reached out to seller they told me to try different techniques. Nothing worked. They didnt want to send a replacement and I passed the date to select a return. I ended up wasting my money. Very disappointed in the product and the customer service. I dont even want to give it a start but I had to to submit my review.

My first use and the internal comb coating melted off in the process of straightening so is now in the hair. I am not done on my daughters head but it does not get close enough to straighten the roots. Overall it looks/works decent. I will update with pictures as she has very curly hair with mixed textures. I do like the comb, I just wish the coating didn’t melt. Do not pull out while hot, I learned my lesson after scorching myself but user error. Not what I would of expected for the price but I will update after I’m done. Update: it works ok. Not as straight as I would of liked but I heard the steam is better for the hair which I could be wrong but definitely more poofy after done. I like the comb concept as well so I will try on my type 4c hair when I take my braids out.

this hair straightener is amazing! it heats up quickly and glides smoothly through my hair without pulling or snagging. and the steam faction is extra surprise, it doesn't make my hair feel dry or damaged. it's easy to use, and the price is friendly , worthy the purchase.
