The water reservoir is real tiny. I recommend using it on clean damp hair as it is a brush you move your hair through and that will help in not having to refill the water reservoir because your wet hair will make steam as it passes through. The controls are in a bad spot and you have to keep making sure you didnt shut it off or raise the heat or turn off the steam. I was using it with the controls away from my fingertips, and still kept finding the settings changed by the palm of my hand. It has a nice lock feature for storage. It is easy to clean the hair out when finished. Outer shell near the brushes does get very hot.
