Nice cooler, works well
This is a very nice cooler. I purchased it for use in my conversion van because of it's size, large enough to hold a lot of food when I travel, but yet was able to fit between the front seats. When I'm not traveling, I use it in the house to store wine, since the temperature can be set as high as 50 degrees. I recently used this cooler on a 3 day road trip and it performed well and was able to keep my food and drinks cold even while the van was parked for overnight camping, with minimal drain on the battery. This cooler is also very quiet, you can hear it, but it isn't bothersome. I haven't yet tried using it as a freezer. The listing for this item doesn't give the brand/manufacturer, but the unit I received is clearly marked Dometic. The only negative thing I can say about this cooler is the high cost and that is the reason I gave it only 4 stars.
